I seek a leadership position that utilizes my experience managing multiple projects while being involved in strategy and aligning with business objectives. This might include creating or applying governance and having contact with [global] partners, vendors, and/or offices. I have demonstrated skills in the design and development of strategic learning and training program plans combining formal and informal approaches. I understand the importance of process and can create and/or manage processes required to develop learning applications while possessing the ability to align and measure interventions for business value and impact.

My specialization is managing curriculum development and offshore projects. In 2006, I managed an offshore Indian development vendor/partner who was located on the client's offshore site in Bombay, as well as the partner's own corporate facilities in New Delhi. When I'm not telecommuting, I work onshore in Simi Valley and have been to India once during the production of 50 hours of development. I've also managed offshore resources while located onshore in the clients office. And, I've recently consulted internally to the other divisions on how to improve teamwork and communication with an offshore team, as well as shared a podcast to the clients Global Markets division on "Lessons Learned from Working with an Offshore Model".

In summary, my background includes:

• 10+ years experience managing multiple projects with deadlines
• 8+ years human capital development including: training, coaching, team building and consultation, including creative program planning and curriculum development / instructional design, and demonstrated experience with training implementation
• 7+ years experience in successfully developing, designing and delivering training activities across multi-disciplinary industries and teams, including classroom, field based, large scale teleconferencing, virtual collaboration, CBT/WBT/on-demand eLearning venues, job aids, and informal performance-oriented approaches
• 6+ years conducting organizational audits: survey research, needs assessment, problem / gap analysis, intervention and follow up
• Proficiency in information systems and applications (e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, Captivate, SPSS, Interwise, HTML/Dreamweaver MX, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

Because of my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and the fact that I've traveled to 18 countries outside the United States, I recognize the need to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
