Training Development
Process, process, process! Beverly will work with your internal subject matter experts or outsourced industry experts to design learning materials using appropriate instructional strategies where customization and implementation may be required. Program management includes conducting job task analyses, gap analyses, creating training plans that map to learning & performance objectives, detailed design, multimedia development (basic Flash/HTML/Dreamweaver, Captivate, PowerPoint, audio, and video), and certification exam design, development, & delivery.

Training Design
• Classroom/ILT, Virtual/V-ILT, Computer or Web-based/CBT/WBT, multimedia, curricula design, webinar development, and repurposing content
• Work with internal customers to develop new or review current training modules and processes that are essentially the blueprint for creating eLearning courses
• Using storyboarding design methodology to create an effective online learning experience using strong instructional design and adult learning principles with solid workflow of complete transitions and interactivity
• Effective in driving behavior changes and performance enhancements to learners

Certification Exam Design & Development
• Scope "minimally qualified candidates and the Test Definition Document
• Development of exam objectives aligned to training lessons & topics
• Exam development workshops
• Psychometric analysis of beta/pilot exams
• Final proctored and online exam delivery

e-Learning / Blended Technologies (web and computer based)
• Integrated learning technologies working directly with an LCMS and LMS
• Embedded learning: perfomance support/code judging engines, online mentors, search, chats/IM, links, references
• Enabled learning: eCommunities/forums, podcasts, mobile learning, Intranets, email, code repositories
• Provide support to new trainees through mentoring, observation, and feedback
• Create documentation for new versions of products, report bugs to R&D, develop a “wish list” of product enhancements, and report back to R&D on problem areas for users
