Training Development
Process, process, process! Beverly will work with your internal
subject matter experts or outsourced industry experts to design learning
materials using appropriate instructional strategies where customization
and implementation may be required. Program management includes conducting
job task analyses, gap analyses, creating training plans that map to learning
& performance objectives, detailed design, multimedia development
(basic Flash/HTML/Dreamweaver, Captivate, PowerPoint, audio, and video), and certification exam design, development, & delivery.
