• Developed and conducted job analysis, needs analysis and KSA's (knowledge skills assessments) to identify project / company requirements and technical competencies for specific projects. This effort led to the rollout of formal training & mentoring programs, job ranking and formalized careerpathing & performance reviews.
• Performed strategic senior level IT recruiting for 3 regional offices while supervising one Recruiter
• Analyzed, developed and delivered skills and ability competency testing program and project simulations. This resulted in a 100% accurate selection and increased the company's availability of critical skills for significant growth, and ultimately a company sale/merger.
